These toasted cookies with a distinct flavor of almonds and/or citrus are similar to the traditional Italian biscotti cookies which are best dunked with your favorite coffee because of their hard texture. We also make them with less crunch if so desired. Just request the non traditional biscotti when ordering. If you never have tasted these, you are in for a treat. We currently offer both the traditional type of cookie as well as a chocolate drizzled variety. |
